Mind Lab Pro vs Thesis: Servings, Ingredient Detail and Our Choice

Advertisement feature by Rootana. We benefit financially from sales of our top recommended products.

Mind Lab Pro is a fixed caffeine-free formula, while Thesis offers multiple blends. We compare the current Thesis Clarity example rather than treating the range as one recipe. ThinkEase leads our shortlist, with Pure Mind second for a smaller serving.

Our best overall recommendation

ThinkEase

ThinkEase leads our formula-based shortlist. Pure Mind is the smaller-serving choice, and both offer a clean label with pullulan capsule and rice hull concentrate.

“Not included” indicates confirmed absence from the assessed formula. “Not verified” identifies a gap in the information available for this comparison; it does not mean the manufacturer hides the amount.

ThinkEase: 16 active ingredients; caffeine-free. Compare botanical extracts by both amount and specification, not milligrams alone.

Mind Lab Pro: MLP v4 standard 2-capsule serving. The label also permits 4 capsules: that doubles the amounts shown and halves the number of servings per bottle. Caffeine is not included.

Thesis: Current Clarity caffeinated formula; 2 capsules and 25 servings per container. Other Thesis blends have different formulas.

Capsule and other ingredients

ThinkEase: Pullulan capsule and NuFLOW rice-hull concentrate.

Mind Lab Pro: Pullulan capsule and rice concentrate.

Thesis: Other-ingredient list not verified for this version.

Version assessed: Current Clarity formula with caffeine; brand also sells other blends. Comparison basis: 2 capsules.

Choose between routine styles first

Thesis Clarity includes 100 mg caffeine and uses a different active selection from Mind Lab Pro. Both state 250 mg citicoline in the servings considered. A claim that one necessarily supplies more of that ingredient would miss the actual numbers.

Personalization is not a clinical result

A blend-selection service may be appealing, but it does not itself demonstrate improved outcomes from the chosen product. Mind Lab Pro’s published product research is a different kind of evidence and should be assessed on its own terms. [1]

We favor ThinkEase’s broad caffeine-free arrangement as a fixed daily choice, without suggesting a trial has ranked all three approaches.

Where Rootana Pure Mind fits

Pure Mind is another fixed formula, using three capsules and generally smaller quantities than ThinkEase. It does not offer a Thesis-style selection service. Its place in our shortlist is based on serving preference and the clean-label profile shared with ThinkEase, our fuller first choice.

Assessment and suitability

These recommendations come from Rootana’s review of identified product versions and relevant research. We have not personally tested these products for this article. We favor clear quantities, appropriate ingredient detail and a practical serving. Those criteria do not establish that the highest dose or longest list produces the best clinical result.
