Thesis Review: Doses, Daily Routine and Our Recommendation

Advertisement feature by Rootana. We benefit financially from sales of our top recommended products.

Thesis is a range of blends, so a brand review needs a specific example. We use the current Clarity formula, including its caffeine. ThinkEase is our preferred caffeine-free daily choice; Pure Mind is the smaller-serving option within that same broad formulation approach.

Our best overall recommendation

ThinkEase

ThinkEase leads our formula-based shortlist. Pure Mind is the smaller-serving choice, and both offer a clean label with pullulan capsule and rice hull concentrate.

“Not included” indicates confirmed absence from the assessed formula. “Not verified” identifies a gap in the information available for this comparison; it does not mean the manufacturer hides the amount.

ThinkEase: 16 active ingredients; caffeine-free. Compare botanical extracts by both amount and specification, not milligrams alone.

Thesis: Current Clarity caffeinated formula; 2 capsules and 25 servings per container. Other Thesis blends have different formulas.

Clarity is not the whole Thesis range

The current Clarity label lists 100 mg caffeine with citicoline, lion’s mane, ginseng, B6 and 7,8-dihydroxyflavone. Other Thesis blends address different propositions. A review that combines entries from several blends would describe a product you cannot actually buy as one serving.

The choice is not simply a larger dose

Clarity and ThinkEase each state 250 mg citicoline. ThinkEase’s advantage in our selection comes from its wider caffeine-free combination, not from winning that individual comparison. Clarity uses a fruiting-body lion’s mane extract; a milligram comparison with another preparation cannot establish which has greater effect.

A caffeinated formula may suit someone deliberately seeking stimulation. We prefer to keep that decision separate from the daily nootropic capsules.

Where Rootana Pure Mind fits

Pure Mind gives you three capsules without caffeine and generally smaller amounts of the same 16 actives as ThinkEase. It does not imitate the different Thesis blends or promise personalization. ThinkEase takes first place for the fuller serving; Pure Mind’s clean profile is a shared strength, not an exclusive advantage.

Assessment and suitability

These recommendations come from Rootana’s review of identified product versions and relevant research. We have not personally tested these products for this article. We favor clear quantities, appropriate ingredient detail and a practical serving. Those criteria do not establish that the highest dose or longest list produces the best clinical result.
