All parcels are sent out using a tracked mail service. Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your order being sent out. Our delivery partners will work their best to ensure fast delivery. However, some delays may occur which are outside our control.

United Kingdom

Orders in the UK are sent from our warehouse in England.

Shipping options:

• Royal Mail 48 hour tracked : Expected delivery time: 1 - 2 working days

Orders made before 1pm GMT will be sent out the same day. Orders made after 1pm GMT will be sent out the next day.

United States

Orders in the mainland USA are sent from our warehouses in Tennessee and Salt Lake City.

Shipping options:

• Tracked : Expected delivery time: 2 - 4 working days

Orders made before 2pm EST will be sent out the same day. Orders made after 2pm EST
will be sent out the next day.

Europe

Orders in the Europe are sent from our UK warehouse.

Rootana is currently available to order in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland.
